Welcome to our Amazon Store. We’ve assembled some of our favorite products below. The list below will introduce you to different categories of gear that can help you elevate your performance and minimize the chance of injury. If you have any additional recommendations, please drop us a line.

Who doesn’t love gadgets? We have used the Garmin Forerunner 235, one of the ancestors of the current 935, for many years. It was an indispensable tool for Cardio Dude as he trained for and then ran his first marathon a while back. By all accounts, the Garmin Forerunner 935 Running GPS Unit is nothing but an improvement and sets the standard for running gps watches today. The Garmin vívofit 4 Activity Tracker is a great option for a fitness watch. And an Apple iPod Touch is a great cellular-free device for music, podcasts, and audiobooks.

If you’re on a plant-based eating regimen, you need a little more than a microwave for your food prep. No kitchen gear list would be complete without the famous and trendy Instant Pot. The Blendtec Total Blender is a great choice for preparing smoothies. The Mueller 8-in-1 Spiralizer is perfect for slicing vegetables for “veghetti,” and for a bunch of other applications. For rice preparation, the Aroma Housewares Rice Cooker is our go to tool. If you’re pressing tofu, go for the TofuXpress Tofu Press. For coffee drinkers, the Aerobie AeroPress is a great choice when paired with the Hario Skerton Cofee Mill. But we can say from personal experience that we’ve never tasted a purer cup of coffee than we got from the Chemex Glass Coffeemaker. If you want the most from your coffee, and if you want it without any foreign particles or mold, Chemex is the way to go.
